Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering (with few exceptions). For an additional charge we offer next-day air, second-day air, 3-day or Saturday shipping. All products are shipped by our choice of common carrier.

Return Policy - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!
All products are guaranteed for 30 days from date of shipment to be free from materials defect or workmanship. Returns within 30 days of receipt may be returned and the purchase price is refunded.

Bowlers Depot Return Procedure:

  1. Customers must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 30 days of purchase.
     
  2. Call our customer service department DURING OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS at (800) 922-6360 to obtain your RMA number.
     
  3. The original invoice must be included with the merchandise.
     
  4. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging.
     
  5. Sorry, clearance merchandise cannot be returned.
     
  6. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as you received it; unused & unworn.
     
  7. Approved credit sales will be cancelled upon receipt of returned merchandise in satisfactory condition.
     
  8. There is a 15 percent restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
     
  9. Credit/refund will not be issued for defective merchandise. The original item will be replaced.
     
  10. For your protection please ship your package back to us via a traceable method such as UPS ground from your local UPS Store or via FedEx from any Fedex*Kinko's locations.
